Introduction:

Brendon has extensive experience in railway operational safety – above and below rail. He also has an academic background, therefore, has the ability to write processes and critically investigate incidents with the view to making real and practical improvements – particularly in the rail industry.

Working in a variety of roles, Brendon has experience and skills in developing new and improving existing safe operating systems and working with both employees and contractors to achieve robust and achievable work processes.

Brendon has an operational background and understands that systems must constantly be developed and improved to keep pace with legislation and an evolving work environment. 

Having experience in senior roles, Brendon forms good working relationships with executives through to the workers on the ground.
